I have noticed a lot of new followers lately and I can only assume that it is because the Paleo diet has been getting very popular over the last two years that I have been AWOL from the blogging world. It is almost two years to the day since I last posted here and a lot has happened over those two years. Probably the most significant for the purpose of this blog is that I no longer eat a Paleo diet! I will start posting some of my meals and workouts for those who are interested.
